MBP Personal
Staffing for large-scale projects

Staffing that reaches beyond
regional limits

We recruit across Europe, provide the housing, drive people to their shift and lead them on site. Four building blocks, one responsibility.

over 100companies advised
up to 350staff at a single site
1.5%sickness rate across our projects
over 6,000people placed since 2008
The starting point

When performance drops, the process
is rarely the cause

Rising sickness rates, people leaving in their first week, unfilled Saturday shifts, throughput times that no longer hold. In most cases this is not a process problem. It is a staffing problem.

Recruiting regionally draws on a market that ran dry long ago — and then replaces people permanently instead of building a team. In such situations, roughly two and a half to three people have to be hired for one of them to stay.

The MBP model

Staff availability does not come
from recruitment alone

It comes from infrastructure. Four building blocks that interlock. Any one of them can be bought somewhere — being answerable for all four, with nobody standing in between, is something few providers manage.

Conventional staffing services
and what we do

The difference is not the hourly rate. It is how much of the chain a provider actually controls.

Responsibility

Bringing people from abroad means
more than filling a shift

Accommodation and shuttle transport are entirely voluntary — nobody is disadvantaged for declining them. Safety instruction is given in each employee's own language. And our clients are expressly invited to inspect the accommodation, at any time and at short notice.

Our standards in detail

Build a team properly
and you will not be replacing it later.

Which is why we talk about time before we start
Lead time

How quickly we can start

Many companies look for a new provider under pressure. That is why nothing here begins with an appointment in three weeks' time: we respond to your enquiry within one working day — with an initial assessment, not an acknowledgement of receipt.

How long the build-up then takes depends on volume and region. In urgent cases we have had teams working within a week; a site project involving accommodation and transport takes longer. We can move fast — with lead time we are better, and that is the difference between filling shifts and running a stable operation.

The sequence

From first contact to partnership

How long each step takes depends on volume and region. The sequence is always the same — and it does not end with onboarding.

Frequently asked

What buyers
ask us first

How quickly can you provide staff?

We respond to your enquiry within one working day. In urgent cases we have had the first people working within a week, and we can arrange accommodation within three days where needed. Larger site projects involving transport take correspondingly longer — what is realistic in your case, we tell you bindingly before the contract, not after.

How large does a project need to be — and how large can it get?

There is no lower threshold. We start with five to nine people as well; a great deal begins exactly that way. One of our largest partnerships started with two seasonal helpers at Christmas and today spans three sites under three different contract models. Our strength lies at around 50 staff and upwards, where accommodation, fleet and our own leadership come into their own — but we do not need to start big in order to become big. At the upper end: we have staffed up to 350 people at a single site.

Where do your people come from?

From the region wherever the market allows, and from Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania through our own recruiters on the ground. On larger projects a combination of both is the norm.

Who takes care of accommodation and transport?

We do. Housing comes from within our own group, and transport runs on our own vehicles in line with the shift pattern. For the employees both are voluntary — anyone organising their own is at no disadvantage.

What does working with you cost?

That depends on the model, the volume and the site. Before we quote a price we look at your performance and absence data — only then is it clear which model actually works. That analysis is part of the proposal and costs you nothing.

Can we see references?

Yes, on request. Our framework agreements with corporate clients do not always permit public naming — in a personal conversation we are glad to give you specific projects and contacts.

What documentation do you provide for supplier audits?

Our licence for Arbeitnehmerüberlassung under the German AÜG, collective agreement compliance under the DGB/GVP framework, and compliance, credit and clearance certificates through the IZS. Beyond that, we invite you to inspect our accommodation in person — at any time and at short notice.
