- Team leadershipYou lead a team at a client site, work alongside it and connect our people with the operation. Anyone who can do that is the most important person on the project.
- Project managementYou own a large project from analysis through build-up to live operation — with figures, targets and a client relying on you.
- RecruitmentYou build staffing pools, in Germany and abroad. Not administering CVs, but finding people others cannot find.
- SalesYou open doors with plant and site managers and accompany projects from the first analysis to the framework agreement. Anyone who can explain why staff availability is more than an hourly rate will find a product here that sells.
- Back office and schedulingYou hold the operation together: deployment planning, payroll, documentation, the line between the shop floor and head office.

Our employees come from several countries. Anyone who speaks two or three languages can solve things here that others cannot — and that counts for more with us than a matching degree.
We fill management positions from within wherever we can. Anyone who starts as a coordinator and wants to take on responsibility will get it. That is not a promise for a website but the route several of our managers have taken.
